The model was designed as a constitution for superior level of service for all of our customer engagements. Regardless of the scope of work or level of effort required, our SDM is followed to establish and manage expectations, goals, performance, quality of service, and overall customer satisfaction. We also ensure that with our extensive experience, industry knowledge and vision we make every effort to infuse technical and business innovations throughout the entire process.

Starting from the top of the SDM, Renegade Technology Systems, Inc.’s eight core competencies are listed to illustrate the wide range of services provided. Immediately below are the three main phases, Define, Implement, and Sustain of activities associated with every project or task. Immediately following are the main pillars for each phase highlighting the areas of focus for the specific phase of the engagement. Following the pillars are specific activates that can occur during each phase. While there are some activities that are a constant, i.e., Change Management, Risk Management, Monitor and Measure, etc., many of the activities are dependent upon the specific scope of the engagement. This is followed by one of the many features of Renegade Technology Systems, Inc.’s SDM that sets us apart from the completion, the constant knowledge that we are there to help our clients to effectively manage change.
